*NOTE* All development of E-gold History Checker was stopped around mid-2005. I no longer charge for the use of it (FYI the price was $3 for a month, $6 for 3 months or $10 for 6 months with 30 days free trial) . On the other hand I do not make any promises as to the stability of the software, nor should you expect any support... Install-package, easiest for most users, but a few people have reported problems installing with this package.

If you have trouble installing the package above you can use the following instead. It's a self-extracting rar, that will create a folder called EHC232li which contains all files needed to run EHC, extract it in your "c:\program files\" folder, (you can rename the folder if you prefer, and of cause you can place it anywhere you like, "c:\program files\E-gold History Checker\" is recommended though). After extracting the files a small "installer" will run to register all the .dll's, you will receive a popup for each of them, just click OK to each. When this batch-file finishes you should be able to run EHC from the folder. For easy access you might want to make a shortcut in your start-menu (drag the "E-gold History Checker.exe" file, and drop it on the start-menu).

Current users can update by downloading the bare .exe here, simply overwrite your existing .exe (c:\program files\E-gold History Checker\E-gold History Checker.exe by default).

If you're on a slow connection you can set up your e-gold account to work with EHC while you're downloading.

Important:
I've been notified that Norton antivirus, Spyware Doctor and possibly other virus / spyware scanners will find a file infected with ABC.KeyLogger in the file JPGUtils.dll, included with EHC.
Please disregard this, it is an incorrectly flagged file. Click the links below or do a search for "JPGUtils.dll" on google to verify this.

This post describes something close to what EHC uses JPGUtils.dll for.
If you still worry about the file you can simply delete it manually (or of course with your anti-virus program). It is used only for compressing graphics when exporting to HTML, if you don't need to export to HTML, you don't need JPGUtils.dll
